    ]]>     The Paul Lavelle Foundation have teamed up with a superb group of individuals led by Chris Shaw who have told us the massive benefits of out door cold water swimming can have with aiding various ailments including anxiety and the mental health issues that come with this horrible disease, we now meet each Saturday and Sunday early morning at New Brighton marine Lake to take to the water, the benefits have already proved a massive help to some of our lads, one of whom has suffered terribly with this illness and at present he is in a great place and this swimming has been a huge part in his recovery.
